The Clydesdale floor scale is designed for use in a variety of industrial, commercial, and agricultural applications. NTEP (trade approved) platform sizes range from 24" x 24" to 120" x 96". Capacities from 500 lb x .1 lb to 20,000 x 5 lb. B-TEK excels in the ability to design and build the Clydesdale for applications beyond the normal, everyday warehouse scale. Custom sizes and capacities are available upon request.

The B-TEK Drum Scale is designed with a low-profile weighing surface. The deck height makes this scale ideal for use with pallet jacks, dollies, wheeled carts and storage drums rolled on end. The scale is available in painted mild steel or 304 stainless steel. The Drum Scale can be supplied with detachable ramps, indicator columns and wheeled portability kits. The simple, robust design of the scale allows for adaptability in many different types of industrial applications and environments.

The B-TEK Workhorse platform scale is designed for the most extreme industrial weighing applications. Heavy and frequent material handling vehicle traffic, highly concentrated loads such as steel billets are no problem for the Workhorse. The Workhorse is constructed with wide flange beams and heavy tread plate decking to form a robust weighing platform. NTEP (trade approved) platform capacities range from 20,000 to 40,000 lb. The Workhorse can be mounted above ground or in a pit foundation. B-TEK prides itself in the ability to customize weighing platforms to meet unique requirements so the straight forward scale design of the Workhorse allows almost unlimited platform customization.

B-TEK's RPS (Rocker Pin Suspension) Floor Scale uses suspension style weighing while utilizing a self-aligning load cell, resulting in more precise accuracy. Minimal to no adjustments are needed with fixed receiver cups built into the frame allowing for less parts to become loose or out of tolerance. The RPS floor scale has a 100% end load capacity for greater protection and the lower deck height is designed to help with height restrictions and accessibility in hopper, shelving or conveyor applications.

Equipped with gator grip decking, shock-absorbing leveling feet, and top access junction box. Easy set up with plug-and-play scale and indicator. The Floor Scale has a 5,000 lb capacity and factory calibration with 1 lb accuracy. The complete package includes a BWS indicator with stainless steel housing with extra-large, 2-inch tall display digits with a backlight for exceptional visibility.

The B-TEK 4 Square Floor Scale offers a well-constructed platform for use in warehouses, commercial facilities and light industrial locations. The NTEP approved platform features mild steel construction, tread plate decking, top access junction box and a tough two-component epoxy paint. Precision alloy steel load cells and adjustable leveling feet can maintain scale performance on rough or uneven mounting surfaces. The sealed junction box and IP67 rated load cells allow the scale to be used indoors or outdoors. The standard 48” x 48” platform with 5000 lb capacity is the most common size required for the industry.
